A seasoned strategy leader with 20 years of industry experience. The founding strategy partner of 72andSunny NYC, taking the agency from 6 people to 150+, along the way helped a wide range of clients grow their business, from Comcast to Meta, Smirnoff to Carl’s Jr, from 23andMe to Marcus by Goldman Sachs and even helping Rihanna launch her R8 album.

Responsible for developing 72andSunny’s consultancy practice that cracked the code combining culture and commercial inputs to map growth opportunities for brands. 

A strategically minded entrepreneur, co-founder of The Sundae Collective, a performance driven social influencer company and ConCreates, the creative agency powered by incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals.
